Famous for being famous – that’s how we tend to speak about the Kardashians. No one can deny that they are pretty much everywhere – in TV, web and magazines. Their reality show Keeping up with the Kardashians is famous among the millions. Ever since the emission of the first episode in 2007, the show became a chronicle for the family. Many people do wonder though: is there at least one reason for which the Kardashians deserve their fame?

Three women, no skills?

It’s not this hard to find videos, interviews and articles that “prove” the celebrities to be completely talentless.

A brief research will show that none of the sisters – Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian or Kourtney Kardashian – has any particular talent to boast about. Neither of them sings, acts or dances. They didn’t create a clothing or cosmetic brand nor do they possess a worldwide network of hotels.

There isn’t absolutely anything that indicates where does the fame come from. And yet, it is there and despite the passing time, it doesn’t fade. Perhaps the Kardashian’s greatest talent is to keep this fame alive. Or even to make huge money of it.

No matter whether you like them or not, you can’t deny that the Kardashian sisters used well the chance that the life gave them. They successfully extended their five minutes into years of fame. Now they benefit from the latter and make millions of dollars in annual income.

It’s not a brand that makes them famous. It’s the fame that created the brand. Their life seems to be now all about these three words: money, ads and marketing. Despite the fact that none of them is an actress or a singer, they earn unthinkable money just by promoting certain products.It’s about how they do it.

A friendly attitude of a person familiar to a buyer is their way to sell. What’s more, it does work better than a traditional, persuasive marketing. None of their ads look like an ad. These items are a part of their show and their lifestyle. And people want to live the life the Kardashians live.

Goldmine for all

Keeping up with the Kardashians is created to keep the attention going. It works as for the three sisters as their guests. Kris Jenner with two her daughters – Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner – achieved the status of being “famous for being famous” just for being part of the show.

Will they also skilfully use their marketing skills and ability to manipulate the ads in order to make a fortune alike with the Kardashians’?
