  • 2 ¼ cups plain flour

Lay your tempered chocolate into the pan. Once it’s spread out nice and thick, take a round lid to trace out your circle pattern. You won’t want it much larger than 11 inches as far as it is well known ever by a number of people who are involved.

After you’ve assembled your ingredients, it’s time to get started. You’ll want to first line a baking tin with paper to prevent it from sticking. Remember that your cake should be in a dome shape when finished.

Melt your butter and then add sugar, beaten eggs, flour, cocoa, and baking powder to combine. Afterward, add the vanilla and a dash of marsala. You are then ready to pour your mixture into the baking tin.

Magic Chocolate Lava Cake Dessert The Baking Process

Baking this chocolate lava cake is truly easy. Simply place it in the oven at 356 degrees Fahrenheit (or 180 degrees Celsius) until a knife comes out clean. Wait until you can smell the familiar brownie smell coming from your oven to know that it’s done.

Use the same circular cup or lid that you used for the tempered chocolate to cut circles into your freshly baked brownie.

Using a small circular cutter, make sure to cut out the small center of each brownie circle. This will be where your chocolate ganache fits in.

Place one of the chocolate discs on top of a chocolate piece of brownie.

Take your milk and dark chocolate pieces that you’ve been saving for the ganache and place them into a bowl. Melt them for a few seconds, stir, melt them again, and repeat the process until completely melted. Then, pour in the cream or milk that you’ve purchased. Stir it all together until it forms the ganache.

Now, the most exciting part – pour it onto your layered dessert!

Make sure that your ganache is warm when you’re ready to serve it. Then, start pouring it onto the top of the chocolate circle – the ganache will slowly melt through the chocolate disc and fall into the middle hole like a proper chocolate lava cake!

Serve your cake with a cold scoop of vanilla ice cream for an unforgettable dessert.
